‘Working Horses’ Complete Set feature the artwork of Australian artist Alma Zaadstra. The placemats and coasters come in a set of 6 different matching designs. They also come gift boxed.
The artist depicts the typical Australiana scenes with the horses very accurately. All are rural or country settings such as a waggon ride, harvesting, plowing and more. Scenes typical of the earlier years when only horses were available to work, before the existence of tractors and other motorised vehicles.
These ‘Working Horses’ complete set will brighten up anyone’s dining table or they can be used to hang on the wall with or without a frame. The pictures are so beautiful and refreshing. The placemats are a great size too being 34cm x 26.5cm. The coasters are 10cm x 12cm so can easily be carried around with your drink.
The cork backing helps to protect the table surface from heat and moisture. They feature an easy to care for lacquered coating over the corkwood which simply wipes clean with a damp cloth.
The placemats and coasters can be bought separately as well. When bought as a matching set the price is discounted.
