Just before the end of the 1800’s, worldwide agriculture was at a huge doorway of change. A period when the trusted horse, the farmers trusted partner in farming, was being called into question. Also, technology was at a stage where it was challenging the utilisation or efficiencies of current and long time farming practices. ‘Tractors and Traction Engines’ contains copies of original advertisements from newspapers, catalogues and other sources.

Altogether a great reference book for any enthusiast or collector. A great wealth of information can be found in it’s pages.
